Hi Lewis, Did you ever make that rope bed that I sent the photos on? I have since burned it. It was quite a hassle, very comfortable and warm, but a BIG hassle. You either had to keep the frame together with the rope weave intact (take the legs off), or unweave it then reweave it when you use it It helped our shelter win third place at the George Washington Chapter trace two years ago. Now I and my partner use cots.
