Yesterday a fellow from Africa reported to the police here in Germany that someone had painted over his car roof with white paint .
He noticed it looking down from his appt.
They informed him that it was what we call snow.
The poor fellow had never seen snow in all his life .
Yes it is a bit slow.
But no wonder with Larrikin burning and the Ranger buddies on the east coast being snowed in.
