[RR] When to step down

All, I know this might be a basic question, but, how do you know when its time to step down? For the last several months, I have been thinking about stepping down. Since my outpost has started doing the one Saturday a month deal. I more or less have lost my zeal for Royal Rangers. Because of this, I've been thinking about stepping down from being a commander. Now don't get me wrong I still love Rangers and want to be a part in the program but not as a commander. I'd rather be something along the lines of a "free agent" so I can come and go as I please. At this point in time don't really know what to do. I'm hopeing some of you all can give some advice or pointers and let me take it from there. Really though what's the point of being a commander if you don't have the zeal for Rangers?   Thanks, Noel"Spirit Rider"Bell
