I'd do rangers again.. but only a community based program outside
the doors of a AoG church.  The pastoral turnover is too high to
succeed with a traditional format.

I only facilitate one weekend outing a year<G>

WE have so many Adults working that everyone has only one event to
direct.. and the boys run the weekly program.
