In short, I agree with Josh. Depends on one's motive -- are your after that crown, or does the crown seek you? That is, in the course of living (implies being in God's will), and carrying out your ministry, you are martyred, you get the crown. Is there a martyr's crown? I believe in an unequal distribution of rewards, wouldn't call it pecking order.
