My conscience prohibits me from supporting anyone who justifies, tries to explain away, or openly approves of murdering an unborn child.
Call me oversimplifying if you like. Call me narrowminded. All I know is when ancient Israel finally got around to sacrificing, openly murdering her children to false gods...the Lord Almighty said ENOUGH!!

There were many times when he said enough. He cares as much for the oppressed widow as he does for the unborn child.
All I'm suggesting is that it is irrational to stand so strongly on one issue, yet ignore and excuse another. Especially when both are "righteous"
Abortion is abhorrent. But it is no more abhorrent than refusing food to a starving child. It is no more abhorrent than refusing medical treatment to a sick child. It is no more abhorrent than killing someone with a gun - for what ever reason.
It's time Christians took a stand for righteousness, not just republicanism. To say republicanism = Christian is foolish.
It doesn't.
It won't.
It can't - while ever there are people living in cardboard boxes and dying in gutters.
