Howdy All, Our outpost had a Lock-In at our Church this past Friday night and Saturday. Worked on the First Aid Skills Merit with both Discovery and Adventure Rangers. One Ranger passed with the others very close. It was fun to see what the boys brought from home for their first aid kits. they had the list but expounded based on what was available. Even had one boy bring his first aid supplies in a Tupperware container (I thought those were gold).
Saturday morning our Ranger Kids passed out handouts for a local medical center at a grocery store. They then joined the rest of the outpost for lunch (provided by the Adventure Rangers). In the afternoon the whole outpost went bowling. A great time was had by all. Pillow fights seemed to be the favorite activity (or, was it the sock fights). Just a report to encourage you all.
