Place a lantern on a stool in the middle of the room and turn off the
lights. Turn the lantern down so it isn't so bright.
Depending on your service:
A good thing to do before you go to a council fire is get all the boys and
leaders together and explain that your glad they are having fun and they can be
as loud as they want to be but for the next few minutes I am asking you guys to
please help me by not talking or joking around etc. We are going on
a walk and I want you to think of the good things in your life your
families, friends and after we are done you can go back to your
normal self.
Ask the commanders to help you with the boys to keep them quiet.
