Thanks Brother, be advised you likely just *blew yur chances
for promotion<G>Hehehe...

I visited a outpost a while back and 2 12 year old boys

Yup.. I was handed a SilverHawk to award, and asked if the boy had earned
the "Bachlor merit" the Commander looked perplexed and told me Pioneers
don't work on merits.. I said go look at the book he signed.. and the man
returned to say: "Well he earned everything...Go ahead"

I felt a bit miffed.. Is the boys supposed to earn everything- No more/No
Less?

You'd think a class on achevements would be reqired of all Commanders
before working with the boys... Just who's integrity of compromised
when awards are handed out un-earned?

*That's great... it shows a boy that his trail is steep but short..
perhaps he can press-on to the GMA and have confidence in the integrity of
his work, that charted and backed by documents...No one can question his
right to the award.

Getting the pin is not the goal. "Getting the program is!"

To "Get the program: study the CODE-the Pledge and the meaning of the
Emblem/motto" and add the Golden rule.
