    My outpost isn't prepared to do a pinewood derby as we are just starting 
out, have no track and not enough resources yet to be able to do one. My 
whole budget for the year is less than $100.00 and that won't be enough to 
make a dent in the stuff that we need to do.  I will probably order a lot out 
of my own pocket and all ready I feel like I'm dropping the ball.
