*Ask them to describe a leader they would *follow..
...If they get honest.. It will be someone who is "fair" or "just"...
and a friend, as compaired to if you ask them.. "what is a leader?"
Then they wil tell you it is "someone who can command things to be done"
The two don't seem the same... and that why "doing it" is way different than
talking about it.
