I called the national office on the 'GBT' booklet.  The gal didn't know
about it but she is passing on the request.  

The other resources you listed are tremendous!  I feel my main job as a
commander is not to SUCCEED in the program.  It is to be SUCCEEDED by
competent enthusiastic people when I leave.  It struck me as this subject
came up that we need to do the same for our guides.  In theory, THEY are
the basis of the program and as they excel so will our groups.

BTW, I also asked her about the CHI OMEGA RHO handbook.  Is that a lost
cause?  When I was at college I heard of one person involved in the program
but that was 5 years ago.  Perhaps they joined the CHI ALPHA effort.
