*If no-else is getting you- rest assured Cdr.Duane and Cdr.Jen Wheeler
........are reading you LOUD and CLEAR! *Good Luck!

My desire was first to *Restore... and set in order the local Outpost-
..then recruit, mentor and train... as best possible replacements!<G>

Useing a "core group" we came all the way back, winning ROY events..
attending summer camps and sectional/Dist. events..

We continued to say things like: "Leadership comes from the parents of the boys
who attend Royal Rangers-
No parent leaders? *then No Straight Arrows untill someone agrees to serve..as
"Chief"

That came as a shock to the Childrens pastor who saw RR "different"...

*I began to see that "My" personal integrity was being "used" instead of the
boys and parents..

IT HAS TO BE A TEAM EFFORT!

The Royal Tri-angle is *Leader-*Parent- *Ranger... then service and ministry to
others flows
outward! *Breaking up that tri-angle means ministry is needed inward- and the
outpost becomes
a "burden"...slowly failing in some manner untill it dies a sputtering death!
