The comming circular program is on my mind-

*I have two Trailblazer First Class- FCF youngbuck frontiersmen who need

a fresh start at the trail to GMA.. *They have stalled.. and continue to
flop around
on the floor like fish out of water<G>

We have *time- *But these boys do not have the backing of parents for
the details
and organization required to move along at a steady pace. They "look" at
the books..

However, approching the requirements can run the starch right out of a
young Rangers khaki's<G>

"What I intend to propose is that "we form a study group" and they
continue to advance on the regular trail to Explorer-
...and lump the ranks from where they are to there as one huge
chunk!

*Then knock out the merits one by one.

I have printed off John Benders "GMA Workshop" and plan to review these
with the boys and make folders for each, useing their handbooks and
these printed sheets to
look ahead and plan a faily agressive pace to the GMA!

*Anythoughts?
