The other thing to keep in mind is:
4. Commentment
It is a growing burdend that commanders share. As commanders and junior
commanders we teach the Patrol method but if boys are not willing to coment
to the promiss of the "Shared Leadership" then the patrol isn't strong more
and more the boys of today think that everything can't be trusted "so why
should I invest into this thing just to be failed?" that is what WE as
leaders need to enfize to the boys that if you coment to this you can suceed
beyond what you thought..
Royal Rangers isn't a program that you can just walk in and out when you
please it is a one time COMMENTMENT you stay and do the program right that
is what we need to tell someone before they start.
Commentment is what holds Rangers together.
