A few quick thoughts:
It is OK to eat meat -- in moderation.
It is OK to use leather and drink milk.
Jesus ate fish. John the Baptizer wore a leather belt. God explicitly
allows us to eat meat (see Genesis, Acts). Sometimes we should limit our
diet for the sake of someone with a weak conscience (i. e. meat offered to
idols, pork when witnessing to Jews or Muslims, etc.).
Worry is bad for your health and is, in fact, a sin -- same for gluttony.
People who are overweight or worried need help, not condemnation. The best
help is in meditating on Scriptures about self-control, casting your cares
on the Lord, prayer, etc.

I once found a lost backpack along a creek, near hear. While looking inside
for a clue as to whose it was, I saw both anti-meat, pro-animal literature
and anti-human life, pro-abortion literature. Do you see a problem, here?
(I couldn't locate the owner, so I gave it to the CU Campus Police in case
someone reported a lost or stolen backpack.)

Morbid obesity is indeed more dangerous than smoking. To sue someone else
for your own eating habits, however, is bizarre. Nobody needs to smoke. We
all need to eat, or we die. Sure, we can fast a few meals with no great
damage, but you can't just stop eating for a couple of months and expect to
survive. We need self-control. Sure, some people may have medical problems
that lead to obesity, but mostly, we are capable of enjoying a healthy body
and temple of the Holy Spirit if we take proper care of it.

But you can get "organically grown" and grass-fed beef...
I'm partial to lean organic bison meat, myself.

There is some truth to that. The flip side is that some people don't get
enough protein and other essential nutrients, and they would do well to add
some meat to their diet. There IS a balance, here, between gluttony and
starvation.

Yes.
