Today Thursday- *Gary Graham will die.
*One person saw him kill a man in a Safeway parking lot.
The bullet in the deadman does not match the gun recovered
from the arrest of Gary Graham. No fingerprints or DNA evidence
was introduced in the conviction of him at trial.
Two (2) employees of the Safeway say that "another" Black man,
not Gary Graham was the shooter, but their testimony was never
admitted by a failed legal defense or subjected to cross-examination.
Three of twelve jurors- have filed paper to swear that now they would
vote
to acquit.
Gary Graham is the 131st person to die at Huntville,Texas under the
authority
of Gov. GW Bush in the last three years. Gov. Bush who professes that
"Jesus"
is the greatest influence on him, and is "Pro Life" remarked:
"I've been elected to uphold the Law, and upholding the Law is what I
will do..
Capitol Punishment is difficult for many people but I believe it saves
life... and
their may be a political price to pay... I'll pay it. When it comes
to my role
of Governor, there is little that I am allowed to do beyond the
recommendation
of the State parole board. I *beleve Gary Graham is guilty"
Texas currently leads the "Free World" in the frequency of executions...
*GARY GRAHAM...
*You have been judged by a jury of your peers and found guilty of the
crime of MURDER!
*You have been sentenced by a Judge in good standing, for your crime.
*By order of the Governor of the State of Texas, lethal drugs shall be
injected into your body until you will be found dead.... my God have
mercy
on your soul.
