Try testing the outpost... tell 'em:
"Think of a number between 1 and 10"
(decide the number before asking, any number will do like.. 8!)
"That's RIGHT it's 8!.. " ...(wait a moment and ask them again what
number<G>)
Every single Royal Ranger will get it right! *IT's EIGHT!
(radical point I'm trying to make...is about achievements)
When you teach- you must have a some time pass for learning
to occure... Why "teach" and then test right away? A boy- or a "parrot"
can repete the right answer<G> That's no trick and that's not "LEARNING"
The proper way is that you instruct, then wait untill the next meeting
to
sign-off on the achievments! What we want is for the boys to know
in their "knower" and achieve something they will *REMEMBER!
Doing this will raise the Integrity- and that will raise the "Morale"
or emotional drive to group action..
...and we all know that in doing that we exercise "LEADERSHIP"
