Leadership is not about winning but more about how you play the game.
Royal Rangers allways play fair, period. Our *Honor demands that and
we do not lie cheat or steal or distort the truth to make it fit our agenda.
What is-is What ain't-ain't
I am not enthuseastic about GW Bush being a "leader".
I've listened to him say "now is the time for hard choices to be made"
and that implies that he has a "secret plan" for success, and we can trust
him
to lead us there.
It's coy to assume that he didn't approve the flashing of "RATS" for a brief
moment, and it's grand of you to assume that his privet conversations or
not reflected by his comments caught by a candid microphone.
Integrity is more than not makeing a "mistake" ,it is a way of life, and if
a Leader is beleaved to be fair, open and honest to all questions.. then
we might begin to "Trust" his judgement.
"Morale" is based on the belief of the leader in the follower,
of the follower in the leader... of each in themself and both
in the cause.
BTW the "other guy isn't any better-"
