*Becomeing an EXCELLENT Commander may at first seem a hard thing
to become. But it as simple as doing two steps that anyone can do-
1. The Leader gives to the boy ambition and desire to learn for
himself...
by suggesting to him attractions that intrest him, merits ect. and
follows
with encouragement to have the boy pursue these goals untill the boy
does them allright!
2. The Commander works through his patrol leaders.
*Comments? Reactions?? *Opinions? ROTTEN EGGS?<G>
