Use him as an advancement coordinator.  Our outpost has a limited number of
commanders and we can't always spend the time we need to help individual boys
with their advancements.  Your advancement coordinator can be available to sign
off requirements, review advancement folders, set up study plans and study 
guides
and, in general, he can be a different source of encouragement for your boys.
Additionally, he doesn't need to be there EVERY meeting, but when he is there,
he can be a tremendous blessing to the whole program...
