The *spirit of my brief answer is.. that a completion of requirements
for these boys be *as rigid and require the same effort as normal, but
somehow fall within the abilities of the individual boy...

As with DUTY we should allways "do our best" and run from the thought of
anything less...

*I yeild to wise council here but recomend, *several Commander review the
achievements of the boy for *Fairness and agree as a team... Cdr.Dad
should also exercise caution at the amount of sign-off's he is involved
with, for obvious reasons...

The GMA should remain our highest award!
