The fact that you have to complete the trailblazer requirements is the
reason I never got anywhere in my advancements. I started when I was 14,
now I'm 26 and have been a commander on and off for 8 years. Making the
kids complete the Pioneer requirements would discourage anyone over 10 from
completing the GMA. They shouldn't make the kids complete the trailblazer
requirements either in my opinion.
