GMA is the highest award a boy can earn only the best can earn it, so it take
time and help from us the commanders to earn it. I think that it only
strengthens and humbles a boy if he goes back and completes the Pioneer
requirements. And it is only fair if a boy who grew up in the ministry had to
complete the requirements to get GMA, so everyone else should do the same.
