Howdy, all. I've been trying to keep current on all new viruses.
Happy99.exe is a bad little bugger that will destroy your computer. This
has been confirmed by Microsoft. I recommend updating or getting anti-virus
software. Under no circumstances should you open this program. Or, as
someone else mentioned, if you don't know the person who sent it ---->
delete it!
