<< The Kingdom of God is indeed a spiritual realm. The Kingdom of Heaven is
not. The KOH is a literal physical Kingdom. Remember set theory in math
way back in say algebra or maybe even earlier? If set A is a square and
set B is a circle intersecting set A then part of set A is the same as
the part of set B which it overlaps. Those parts of each set that don't
 overlap are different.
Most aspects of the KOG and the KOH are the same. Wilt thou at this time
resrore the Kingdom? Physical. The KOG is not meat nor drink but love
peace joy in the Holy Ghost. Spiritual.
Now we know the temple on earth is a scale model of the temple in Heaven
( made after the pattern ). Didn't Paul tell us this? Of things Spiritual
 and things Earthy.
Mankind will live through the tribulation and populate the universe. (
healing by the fruit of New Jerusalem ). If we all have sanctified bodies
how would anyone get sick? >>

I generally avoid these theological debate because I find them unprofitable.
But, I can't let this go by. In the scriptures there is no differences
between the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven. The terms are used
interchangeably. If you need scriptural sites, I will supply them. The KOG
is the KOH and the KOH is the KOG.
