Greetings Jonathan
I checked with Ken Hunt about the class B ribbons offically no limit but
it would most likely be like the 18 limit for the boys merits. Also he
said it most likely nobody (leader) would get that many anyway. I agree
since I only know of 16 class B ribbons.
I also agree once a GMA always a GMA, as in for life. I still wear mine
after 20.6 years.
