I agree. Tatonka gave a good message.... Stepped on a few hearts, but as I
said at the meeting... "strong words from a loving heart"

Parson.

By the way: Congrats to Geno... our new chapter Historian!

Subject: [RR] Wake up call!

Commanders,

This last Saturday at our business meeting, one of the brothers gave a
devotion and referenced to a young girl who recently took her life. He
mentioned how her "friends" knew about it and were supporting her all the
way, saying to her "You have to do what you have to do." The brother
mentioned how he knew her(please pray for him for this has affected his
life)but was not aware of her problems.

OH MY, Brothers and Sisters. How often do we really get down and know those
that we serve(big mirror in front of me). Do we take the time to know the
families especially those wo do not attend are churches? What about the boy
who is a friend of one of the regulars and comes once in a while? "Hey, I
haven't seen little Johnny for a while. I'm sure things are fine." OUCH,
that one hurt me.

I pray Lord that you will forgive me of my complaceny that I display. Give
me strength and wisdom to better serve the precious souls that you have
placed before me.

The battle is a tough one Commanders, but with God help lets charge the
lines!
