Good morning.

Just a little vent this morning. So I've got a few new boys working
on their pioneer powder horn and I ask myself, self "why is the ranger
material not laid out for the leader to turn to a book and find each
requirement description and information." Boy scout material is laid
out like that. e.g. the cooking requirement- "Explain to your
commander the importance of cleanliness in the camp cooking area."

Of course we as commanders can come up with a whole list. But is that
was rangers is about. How good of knowledge the commander has... I
have found that you literally have to DIG some of this stuff out of
the ranger resources. Why don't they lay the material along side of
     the requirements.

okay... Sorry about that. Just wondering if I'm the only one that has
     experienced this frustration.

     See ya!
