I know a lot of Rangers who are of elite quality who are not into the FCF
activities for one reason or another. A commander or boy does not have to be
in FCF to enjoy a great experience in the Ranger Program. I do however believe
that to be in FCF as a commander or boy you should be of an elite quality
willing to serve and promote the full Ranger Program. ( Please scroll
