*What needs to happen is a "simplified explination" of the Gold Track
the everyone can understand..
This "explination" could be produced by National on a card- the size and
shape of a "Cut and Chop" card and be the agreed on list of requirements!
I admire the attempt to publish the "graphic" in the handbook.. *But it
has never been looked at or understood by any boy in my outpost... It
resembles a "chutes and ladders" gameboard<G> and with unclear
requirements... *Commanders continue to "spout" wisdom.. and still
not get the latest requirements right...
