I think what theu are saying is that MOST of the information will be the same 
as what we've got now.  It'll take about 1 day to learn the new material - we 
don't need to learn about campinng or camp craft or discipline or teaching 
methods again - just the new structure and requirements - much like learning 
the new Gold track - only took a few hours of studying it to get a good grasp 
on it.  most Missionette groups I'm aware of only took about a day to learn 
their new program too.
