Unofrtunately, the bridge can not handle piggy-backs, but here is the
solution...
John and Billy cross over the bridge    2 minutes
John brings the lantern back            1 minute
Tom and Abraham cross the bridge        10 minutes
Billy brings the lantern back           2 minutes
John and Billy cross the bridge         2 minutes
                Total Time:             17 minutes!
