[RR] Sarge Sellers

Any suggestions on how to promote Sarge Sellers?  We are a new RR Outpost so
I don't know a lot about Sarge Sellers.  I seem to be having some trouble
getting the boys and parents as excited as I am about it.  It sounds like an
NTC for boys?
