All,
I was looking through the FCF handbook last night, and I have often
wondered about this. Why is Alabama allowed to be called the Confederate
chapter?
To me it don't make sense to say "FCF is only per Civil War", only to
turn around and allow a chapter to use "Confederate".  I know Illinois is
the 
Abe Lincoln chapter. Abe Lincoln was president during the Civil War, but he
grew 
up on the American frontier.  Something like that I can see, but
Confederate?
