Here's a neat trick with paper to try.
Place a sheet of paper length wise and fold the left side down to
form a triangle(A). Fold the right side down and form another triangle
on triangle A. fold the triangles in half to form something like this:|\
Cut two srips down about 1/2 inch from the center.

|
Save this side
Save the side with the fold and unfolded it. If done right it will
be a cross. Try it.
