I have a urgent prayer request. I just called my girlfriend today just to get her
address since I needed it to send off her graduation card (which I did get her
address) but what she told me really shocked me.
It appears that her Uncle Ricky someone who I knew was bad news since what she told me
about him, molested her and now she's 12 weeks pregnant, which I really never knew it
was possible to just get pregnant by molestation but obviously I was wrong.
Although this isn't good, she did graduate from High School so it won't mess up her
high school education since she graduated on the 4th of June, but she currently is
only 17 will be 18 in October.
Right now she's not in the position to have a baby because she doesn't have a job and
easily influenced by her parents. (Her parents don't think she can go to college
since she has no skills).
I talked with her mom and although they don't believe in abortion, she did say if the
baby has any health problems at all they will consider aborting the baby.
We need to pray that this baby will be healthy and for finances for my girlfriend
whose name is Christina and for the courage and the strength to actually go to college
because I know myself she can't raise a kid without a good job and a college education.
Also, although I tend to be very supportive please pray for the strength and peace to
help Christina through this rough time before she has the baby and when she's raising
it, and for me to remain calm because I'm really angry at her Uncle Rick.
God Bless and all prayers and support for us two but especially Christina is
appreciated.
