I am Günter Pflaum  SrCmdr of OP 64 in Siegen, Germany  also Regional Cmdr for the region Westfalen-Siegerland, part Nordhessen and part Rheinland-Pfalz.  It is not so nice that you can't come to Eurocamp but I think by sending your representatives it will work out allright.
