Is that the size of your head?? If so your head would be about 2.229299363057 inches
in diameter. Did someone shrink your head??

In England, it's quite simple you just measure round your head. So if
your head measures 7 ins, that's your hat size. All you need then is
a conversion chart between US and English sizes.
