You gave us the limitation that there's no more Rangers. Why can't Rangers
be done at a time that doesn't conflict with Youth? You mentioned devoting
some Saturdays to earning merits - why not make it a regular thing (twice a
month or so). When the boy turns 12, get him in a Trailblazers uniform and
keep up the Saturday (twice a month or so) meetings. You might even grow a
full fledged Trailblazer program from this one boy!
