1. Spam filters on your email may be able to help. I have mine set up to
catch certain words and phrases not used in polite conversation but which
are often found in unsolicited email. Such messages and messages with URLs
or phone numbers of repeat offenders are moved to my trash can before I
even see them.
2. Quick use of the delete button is effective with most bulk email.
3. Never spend much time fuming over the bulk email. Answering the "remove"
instructions may actually make things worse except for reputable
corporations like Parsons Technology.
4. Some offensive email can be fought if you can read the email headers,
detect probable forgeries, etc.
5. Forgive the offenders and pray for them. You have to. (Read Mark 11).
