Very good comments Commander to which I agree wholeheartedly. The solution
which your church has adopted is what we do as well, Sunday Trailblazers.
Those who are in there are there because they want to.
I also enjoy John Maxwell. He is recommended reading for all Sr Commanders
as far as I am concerned.
