Vegemite is a yeast extract which is spread (thinnly for the first 
timers) on toast or bread (if you live in Australia then you can use 
damper). It has a slightly salty taste and is full of vitims and iron 
(all the things that are good for you). Unlike grits which has only 
one use and that is for glueing wood together. Grits looks like (and 
tastes like) porrirage gone wrong.
