I agree on the slim down but not bulk up, but basically it's cut out the fat 
and operate leaner. not to discard what we have but to build upon it. I 
believe that we already have the foundations laid, now lets build the 
kingdom. We have the tools. 

on another topic, you mentioned Sacramento , we have a crazy weattherguy 
around here that calls it Sacratomato. :-)
