All, You know it's easy to put the blame on someone else like the media, but who is to really blame? The media, video games , music or movies? I hardly think so. It all starts at home with the parnets. I find it insterting that most parnets say a certian movie or game is off limites, but allow there child to watch a moive or play a game that is worse then the game or movie that is off limites. Does that really make sense? If a tripple X video was rated as "everone", I'm sure there would be parnets out there that would allow there 8 year old to watch it. Don't blame the media when sole responabilty lays in the hands of the parnets. Don't the Bible warn us to raise the child in the ways of the Lord? Let me ask you something. When was the last time you looked at tapes and CDs your child is listening to? When was the last time you watched tv with your child allowing him watch what he wanted? When was the last time you listened to what his friends were telling him? If the media had any concern about the voliance, don't you think they would be do something? Do you see anything beening done? I sure don't, so why place the blame on the media? They don't care. Do you think they want to be a Mister Rogers and say " This only game, now don't do this in real life. If you do, you will go to a very bad place."? Just my 2 cents.
