Commanders,

Has any outpost done anything this week for Ranger
Week? This year, for the second time(we went last
year), we went to the beach. We only had 9 boys this
year(15 last year), but had a great time and beautiful
weather. We then had Monday Night Football at the
church. We watched a little of the game, but mostly
played two hand touch and a table football tournament.
We also set up the track for fun. Pinewood derby season
is coming up you know. Thursday, our normal meeting
night, we have our traditional(20 years now) Hobo
night. Lots of skits, games, costume contest, songs,
and of course a big ole' pot of hobo stew. This year
our guest speaker will be our Youth Pastor. We end with
our Council of Achievement on Sunday Night. My best
friend and Buckaroo Commander will be speaking that
night. I enjoy this the most because we can present the
boys in front of the church and show everyone that
Rangers is more than just a baby sitting club, but a
usefull tool to reach boys and families for Christ.
