OK, since you have LTC and a National Training Camp, (BSTC) check with your 
District about attending Instructor Certification Seminars.  Find out when 
they have them and get yourself scheduled to take them  (ICS)  ICS will allow 
you to wear the Training Chief Pins on your collar
