That is a great idea. I'd go ahead and add a firm invitation to a Royal
Rangers (and Missionettes) organizational meeting to the packet... and for
those who have no boys or girls in the household, you might ask them to
pass the invitation along to someone who might be interested.
Sometimes all it takes is for someone to be asked to come to Royal Rangers,
or to church.
