Hey JD, this is old news. The latest is to implant a chip in the hand. It would take the place of cash, credit cards, or checks. Get your stuff at the store and wave your hand over the scanner and BEEP you are on your way to the parking lot. What makes this so attractive is the lack of cash, instant (or nearly) credit for the merchant, and the ability to use the data to establish purchasing patterns.
