I think you should kindly explain a few things to the boys...
First.. They are bound by the Ranger Code to play fair and conduct them
selves with *careing for each other. Because of their expectations of you
as an adult.. *You must publish ahead of time YOUR expectations of
behavior... to the boys and their parents.
Be sure the rules are clear.. and Never forget to enforce good behavior..
*Stop the meeting.. *Stop the game... get in a circle and preach truth!
Tell 'em we are brothers... and we are called to LOVE each other..
Preach the GOLDEN RULE!
Mis behaved Outposts are not a *Joy to attend or lead...
do no tolerate 'em because they wil cycle out of control.
*Skill #1 is to stop and exercise group leadership/control with a raised
hand.
Just raise a hand.
"When the hand goes up... the mouth go's shut.. and EVERYONE WILL RAISE
THER HAND!"
...a raised hand signify's that YOU are with the program and not an enemy
of peace!
*I'm not concerened with beating respect for Commander into them..

*Commanders are "dime a dozen" but *BOYS ARE IMPORTANT and should be aware
that they all have much value... all are very exspensive and precious to
Lord Jesus our master Ranger... He is not "pleased" with disrespect for
authority.... because one day they will become leaders... Everyday in
everyway they should act as if it is their Outpost.

When they act up during game what do Y'all do? See last week they acted up didn't
listen to me. Does anyone make them miss a week of playing recartion? Anything on
when they miss behave against a Cmdr or Lt.Cmdr? See and I ain't being rude against
the other Lt. Cmdr. I belive his static is way off. The boys misbehave one time
against someone that filled in for a Lt. Cmdr position. Our regualar Cmdr was not
there.
